“Israeli” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) is operating to “change the balance of power in the north” in the ongoing strikes against Lebanon.

Speaking from the underground command room in the IOF headquarters in The Kirya, Tel Aviv, Netanyahu clarified “Israel’s” policy, saying: “For those who have not yet understood, I want to clarify Israel’s policy; we do not wait for a threat, we anticipate it. Everywhere, in every theater, at any time.”

“Whoever tries to hurt us, we hurt him even more,” Netanyahu said.

“I promised that we would change the security balance, the balance of power in the north. This is exactly what we are doing. We are destroying thousands of missiles and rockets aimed at Israeli cities and Israeli citizens.”

He vowed that there is “more to come” after eliminating senior officials, missile caches, sites, for Hezbollah in Lebanon the past week.
